Social organization refers to the organization that is formed in order to work for the development of overall social development, including education, culture etc., in a number of individuals. I have seen many social organizations in the country and have seen all their aims and objectives in the same way - doing social development work in different ways.

It is quite true that if these organizations were to work according to their goals and objectives, then they could have played a significant role in education, culture, health development and poverty alleviation. As a result, there was overall social development, such as social peace and harmony. In a word, in social development, social organizations could play an important role; If work was done according to the aim and purpose.

But the reality of most organizations is totally different. There is no shortage of district, police station, union, and even village-based organizations established by expatriates in Britain. In many cases there are many different names in the same district, thana, union based organizations. There are also many organizations in the same area in the country. Just think, if all the aim is social development, then why the same district, thana or several organizations of the union?

In Britain, many organizations have been invited to various events. Again, through Facebook and talking to friends, I learned about many organizations of the country. This is my writing in this light. I am not going to name any organization because it is not my intention to personally attack an organization. 1. Most of the founders of the organization have the unwritten main purpose to get the title. Want a position in the president, secretary or executive committee! They think that social status has increased in the promotion of these posts. Resignation was available in the country because of its position in the organization. And when this term is not available, then the purpose of development goes away in the dustbin. As a grouping started, another organization based on the same police station or union was established. It is also one of the main reasons for the growth of the organization.

Speaking of a surprising experience, we went to the inauguration of an organization based on the police station. Whose invitation was invited, after 2/3 weeks, he was invited to another event. I was surprised to see, in the banner, a little change in the name of the organization. Asked him, I learned, he played an important role in establishing the organization. He was supposed to be the president. But due to the involvement of Kipipay, he made a new organization because of being only a person who was president of another. Again, the names of 2/3 people have become the legend of the organization. If they do not join the organization or the organization, then they do not have the president or the secretary, then grouping a new organization.
